bake cycle is completed. As each pizza is assembled, all items are applied frozen except for the sauce and
the cheese which are applied at 32-35 degree holding temperature. Within a couple of minutes, they too
become frozen. It is from the finished frozen physical state that the crust & toppings have been carefully
formulated to provide a delicious and tender fresh baked pizza.. . baked in the home oven. The crust will
expand and complete its browning cycle while the cheese melts and the topping steams to freshness.
