If there is a problem with you order, please CALL US FIRST!! If for whatever reason we need to give you a refund, WE WILL NEED TO PICK UP THE MERCHANDISE AND/OR SEND FEDEX FOR AN INSPECTION. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Orders made before noon Pacific time are usually shipped the same day.
Orders with bread or frozen food are held until Monday if they will not arrive by Saturday. This is to prevent your order from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend - we want your order to arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

A FEW ORDERS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES IF:

    * You order a lot of glass bottles like DaVinci and the order is very heavy in weight.
    * You are on the East Coast and you order a large perishable order.
You will be contacted to approve any additional charges OR you have the option of having your order shipped FedEx Ground. The difference is that your order will arrive only 1-2 days later.

    Common Questions About Shipping:

  3. Why is the bread not frozen when I receive it?
Our bread is flash-frozen immediately after baking, is shipped to us frozen, and we store it frozen. We ship to you by the best shipping option. In the winter, we use a regular box, in the summer, depending on the order and how many days it will travel, we MAY add ice packs or insulate. If you are within two days ground shipping of our warehouse, we will ship ground. When you receive the bread, it WILL BE thawed but still very fresh. You can either put it in the fridge, where it should keep up to two weeks, or freeze it. There is no loss of quality during the refreezing, and the bread will last several months.

  4. I ordered on Thursday, but you did not ship my order until Monday. Why did you wait?

If you have ordered perishable products, we do not ship unless you will receive your product by Saturday. Courier companies store packages in a non-airconditioned warehouse over the weekend. We don't want your food to spoil, so we hold the perishable portion of your order until Monday, and then ship it.

  5. Part of my order arrived, and the rest arrived two days later. What happened?

Perishable items are shipping separately via Priority Mail. Non-persishable items are shipped ground.

  6. IMPORTANT!!

If you are ordering frozen food and will not be there to receive it, make sure you make arrangements with someone to pick it up and it does not sit in the sun all day, we will not be responsible for spoils due to this situation.

Important information from the makers of Eat Rite Products & Pizzas:

Due to lateness, heat, etc., it is not unusual for your food to arrive unfrozen, and any gel packs, that may be included, could thaw as well.

Don't panic- Remember, your food has already been fully cooked and pre-frozen when shipped to you.

Just place everything in your freezer to re-freeze- nothing will spoil. The food may also be kept in your refreigerator up to a week until you're ready to use.

For best results, if time allows, let frozen meals thaw overnight in your refrigerator, before warming.

    Thanks and Enjoy!
